The Broadmoor area, located along Lake Avenue, is the most expensive residential community in Colorado Springs. Broadmoor Bluffs is a newer community of homes located southwest of Cheyenne Mountain Resort along Star Ranch Road and Broadmoor Bluffs Drive. Homes in Broadmoor Bluffs range in price from $360,000 to $825,000, with most homes priced in the high $400,000s.
